Hello, I’m Rosemary – a Maidenhead based non-religious funeral celebrant, trained and accredited by Humanists UK. I work with families to create and deliver funerals, celebrations of life, and ash ceremonies that are fitting for the person and feel right for those saying farewell. Every life is unique and so are my ceremonies. Whether you know exactly what you want or are unsure where to begin, I am here to support you.
No two lives are the same, and I believe every farewell should be just as individual. My ceremonies include personal stories, memories, and tributes, music and poems, making each farewell authentic and deeply meaningful. I’m also here to guide you through any choices and can suggest special touches to help your ceremony feel just right for everyone.
I will learn all about the life and character of the person who has died through meeting with you and whoever else is needed. I will support you in choosing between a graveside ceremony, a crematorium, woodland burial. If you’d rather not have a funeral service, you could have a direct cremation and you will be able to collect the ashes to keep, scatter or have with you at a later remembrance service as a celebration of life or ash ceremony
Although my ceremonies are non-religious, they’re always inclusive and welcoming to everyone – no matter their beliefs.
I live in Maidenhead and happy to travel further afield – including Slough, Marlow, Windsor, Henley, Twyford, East Reading, Bracknell and surrounding areas.
